I received my M. Sc. in Computational Engineering (focusing on control theory and optimization) from the
Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg in August of 2009.
My research interests include methods for the verification of consistency of data (production control) by using pre-compiled configuration spaces.
Large sets of configurations (up to approx. 3.0 E110) are efficiently represented by using Multi-Valued-Decision Diagrams (MDDs).
Due to the immense memory consumption during constraint processing both static and dynamic variable re-ordering approaches as well as the
optimization of the constraint processing sequence are investigated.
Another focus of research is to model and (micro-)simulate plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) for analyzing and optimizing tasks.
The corresponding research project, furthermore, investigates Car-To-X technologies for the purpose of optimizing the flow of traffic.
